The Arena Skyliner has been in operation in the Gerlosstein region since winter 2010/2011. This flying machine is a further development of the Flying Fox and offers even more fun, action and adrenaline thrills. The amazing feeling of gliding along with a bird’s-eye view of the world below will stay etched in your memory for a long time.
The Arena Skyliner runs on 4 routes with a length of up to 738 m and hurtles over the Gerlosstein region at speeds of up to 50 km/h.
Those who prefer a little more action can take a trip on the Arena Coaster. This type of toboggan ride in the Zillertal valley is not just great fun for the kids: Fun, action and speed are guaranteed on the Zillertal’s first Alpine rollercoaster.
The 1,450 m-long Coaster starts directly at the valley station of the Zillertal Arena in Zell and is the year-round attraction for people of all ages, with its countless waves, tight corners and jumps!
The men from the mountain rescue service in Zell have worked hard to set up the Gerlossteinwand fixed-rope climbing route. More than 450 m of cable rope, 300 handholds, 230 cable clamps and 150 tie bars, among other things, have been used to build the route.
Gerlos offers a wide range of summer activities, from paragliding, rafting and swimming to Nordic Walking and horse riding. Fun and action are guaranteed.
There are also a wide range of events on offer. Visit the animal nature trail or the dairy museum, take part in herbal meditation, and so much more. There are also many restaurants offering fine dining or hearty cuisine as well as bars and discos for party-goers – there is something to suit everybody.
